For decades, Francisco's has taken a great deal of pride in offering the freshest, most diverse and regionally authentic menu items.  As a result, Francisco's is pleased to offer dozens of specials that change daily and seasonally in addition to the extensive regular menu.  These items range from Maryland soft-shell crabs to organically-grown herbs and produce to local farm-raised beef and poultry.  To find out what our daily specials are, we invite you to call and speak with Chef Ted Garcia.

Nachos
A mound of crisp tortilla chips covered with beans, jalapenos and melted cheese. 
Add chicken or beef.

A flour tortilla grilled with jack cheese, pico de gallo and jalapenos.

Taquitos
Homemade spicy chicken taquitos served with salsa quemada.

Poncho’s Buffalo Wings
Boneless buffalo wings tossed in our homemade original buffalo sauce and
served with bleu cheese, celery and carrot sticks.

Tequila Shrimp
This local favorite is plump gulf shrimp sautéed with tequila, lime, cilantro and cream.

Soutwestern Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine tossed with our Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese,

fresh avocado and roasted red pepper vinaigrette.

Classic Grilled Salmon Salad
Char-grilled fresh salmon over spinach and romaine lettuce, topped with pinenuts,

Santa Fe Salad
Lime-marinated grilled chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, tortilla strips,

Southwest Turkey Sandwich

Chipotle Wrap

Francisco’s Fish Sandwich
Corona beer battered cod served with fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce.

Grilled Veggie Sandwich
Roasted peppers, spinach, Portobello mushrooms, sweet onions, tomatoes,
avocado and provolone cheese served on ciabatta bread.

Steak Sandwich
6 oz. top sirloin served with lettuce, tomato, red onion rings and toasted whole wheat bread.

Grilled Halibut Sandwich
Tender halibut served with lettuce, tomato, onion and Southwest mayo on a bun.

Turkey Tortilla Wrap

Chicken Fried Steak
Our hearty classic served with mashed potatoes,
country gravy and vegetable du jour.

Breakfast Burrito

This is where it all started; a local favorite served since 1968.

#1 Combination Plate
A beef enchilada, a bean & green chili burrito and a guacamole tostada served with beans and Spanish rice.

#2 Fajitas
This sizzling platter of marinated beef, chicken or a combination of both
comes with all of the traditional accompaniments.

#3 Enchilada Plate
Two cheese and one beef enchiladas served with Spanish rice and beans.         
Includes sopapilla and honey.

#4 Burrito Plate
Two beef or bean burritos smothered in red or green chili. 
Topped with cheddar cheese.

#5 Taco Plate
Three ground beef tacos served with beans and rice.

#6 Enchiladas Rancheros
One beef and two cheese stacked enchiladas smothered in green chili and

6 oz. sirloin with two meat or cheese enchiladas. Served with beans and Spanish rice.

Two flour tortillas filled with grilled tilapia, lettuce, cheese, black beans and our Tabasco mayo.
Served with avocado relish.

#18 Camarones En Salsa Verde
Sautéed Gulf shrimp, zucchini and mushrooms in tangy tomatillo-green chili sauce. 
Served with rice and avocado relish.

#19 Burrito de Puerco
Seasoned slow-cooked pork wrapped in a flour tortillas and topped
with salsa verde, jack and cheddar cheese.  Served with beans and rice.

#20 Enchiladas Sonora
Two blue corn shredded chicken enchiladas, served with sour cream,
salsa verde, black beans and Spanish rice.


Of course we have a children's menu. Francisco's is known for a family-friendly environment.
So not only do adults have a good time enjoying our delicious food, but so do the children!

Basil Grilled Chicken Quesadilla
Sliced grilled marinated chicken breast, artichoke hears, asparagus,
feta and mozzarella cheese wrapped in a spinach tortilla and served with a roasted tomato aioli.

Flash Fried Calamari
A heaping pile of calamari served with roasted tomato salsa and lemon aioli dipping sauce.

Smoked Chicken Quesadilla
This classic Francisco’s appetizer is made with roasted sweet peppers,
jack cheese and green onions. Served with our original chipotle dipping sauce.

Cox Creek Crab Cakes
This is an original Maryland recipe with a Southwestern flare. 
Pan-fried jumbo lump crab cakes served over jicama and mango julienne
served with sweet roasted red pepper aioli.

Rich chocolate cheese cake drizzled with a decadent Frangelico sauce.

Mexican Chocolate Fried Cheesecake
This combination of creamy chocolate, delicate cheesecake and a crispy outer-shell is
another house creation that is a sublime Southwestern treat.


Only offed on Sundays, our brunch is very popular for locals and visitors. We always offer special omelettes,
eggs benedict, breakfast burritos and pancakes but other specialty menu items change weekly.
We also offer champagne, mimosa and tasty bloody marys to kick start the day.
