Holding true to our roots as one of Durango’s favorite watering holes, Francisco’s Cantina is still a great place to meet friends, enjoy a hand-crafted margarita or watch the game. Our skilled bartenders are ready to entertain you
with a joke or share some local lore while they create their award-winning libations. Margaritas are our specialty,
but we also have an extensive wine list and feature an ever-changing array of local beers, both on tap and in the
bottle.

While you’re in the bar, be sure to check out the stained glass image of “Poncho” behind the bar. This jubilant
little character was first sketched by a customer on the back of a bar napkin decades ago. Originally, he wore
bandoleers and toasted guests with his margarita, but now the bandoleers are covered by the red and white
checkered dinner napkin that he wears now.
